Yesterday the second stage of the commencement of the 37.4km Udo - Inikorogha Electrification project commenced with the lawmaker representing Ovia Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon Dennis Idahosa on ground to take delivery of the first 7 drums of 6,500 meters aluminium conductor.

Inikorogha since the inception of the community has never experienced electricity. Residents are currently overwhelmed with the latest development.

According to Dennis Idahosa, all efforts are in top gear for the project to be completed before the rainy season.

I am asking myself if they should be excited for this project or not

The towns that have been electrified have epileptic or zero electricity.

They better calm down because this may just be another white elephant project.
