Did the Taliban get 1billion USD of military aid from around the world to fight America as Ukraine is getting to fight Russia? Honestly I don't understand the success you are talking about. Apart from Mariupol where there are still pockets of Azov fighters, the Russian speaking part of the country has been liberated DPR, LPR. All in less than 2 months.

What is going on there right now is asymmetrical warfare between NATO and Russia. As long as Russia keeps selling oil and gas, they can sustain the battle.

EU has bought $35billion worth oil since Feb 24 when the fight started and they have only donated $1 billion worth of military equipment

If liberating those regions was Putin's goal then he didn't need to launch an assault on Kyiv or to send death squads to hunt Zelensky. With the materiel he has so far expended he could have liberated those regions and held them against any counter attack. It is obvious Putin wants the whole of Ukraine but he is not going to get it.

Oh sure the energy situation is still in his favour but not for long. Germany is already bracing to wean off Russian gas supply and that sentiment will spread. The only reason they can't suddenly let go is because they hadn't prepared for it, now that they see just how strategically locked and vulnerable they are, they will find an alternative.

You thought Russia will overrun Ukraine a sovereign nation with 600k enlisted Military in 4 days? Well, I've got an airport to sell to you.

The only way that would have been possible was if Ukraine Military had heeded Putin's call to stand down, overthrow Zelensky and negotiate with him but they refused. They chose to go it the hard way pound for pound. We all saw the small boys that were first sent to Ukraine,they weren't anything like fighters and weren't expecting a confrontation.

Russia has been preparing for this since 2016, I may not have any dog in the fight but I'm not one of those that can be swayed by western media

but the figures and stats is wat interests me..there was no need for this..russians mistakenly drop bombs on its own camp killing its own troops..killed ukrianian kids in hos..etc..inteligence is zero.
