Even from what you posted, "brown roof states" Oyo and Ogun are ahead in GDP and don't owe their workers 12 months. Isn't it ironic that with your so-called high GDP,your governor is owing essential workers like health workers a whole year salary arrears. An oil-producing state for that matter.
