Something similar happen to me last year a police officer in mobty meet me on the road waiting for the car:s inside round about to pass since they are on motion be 4 me this stupid police officer started insulting me and I didn't respond to the idiots but these durlant comot from car and stated beating me after he Saw police patrol car. SSS will not detain police for three days without write to Area command, you detain someone because he didn't give chance to your commandant to pass in the traffic, solder will not do that even police will not do that to civil defense.
