One of the pregnant women abducted from a train in Kaduna on March 28, 2022, has given birth.

A family member of the victim disclosed this in an interview with ARISE TV.

According to the television station, the relation said a doctor was sneaked into the camp to attend to the woman.

Sources said the terrorists are organised and coordinated because of the way they were able to get medical supplies into the forest, a development they described as still shocking to both government and security operatives.

“The woman who was reportedly eight months pregnant at the time of the attack, gave birth safely after the terrorists were said to have invited the medical personnel to attend to her. The state of health of the baby is however unknown.”

“According to reports by family sources, she gave birth with the aid of doctors brought in by the terrorists. We can also report that the terrorists are demanding the release of their top commanders in exchange for the abducted train passengers,” ARISE said in its report.

The families of the kidnapped have appealed to the government to secure their release, but the terrorists have demanded to swap them with their commanders who are currently in detention.

Earlier in the week, the terrorists released pictures of the victims in captivity.

Among those seen were a couple with their four kids, two elderly women and 17 men.

At least nine persons were killed after the terrorists bombed the rail track and opened fire on the passengers.

This is one irony of life that I don't often understand. Many women die from child delivery in even very good hospitals in Nigeria yet you get to hear someone delivered inside keke, bus and in this case in captivity where there is little or no medical support around.
Why then do some women die in hospitals during child bearing

The government are not talking.
It's either they want to use the proceeds from the sale of APC Presidential forms which cost N100m each to pay ransom demanded by bandits or one of the leaders of the bandits is an APC stalwart seeking to purchase N100m APC presidential form and senatorial forms.

These bandits locations might be designated wards during elections

For everyone part of this government, everyone who supported this government just to spite others, those who are still in support just because of monetary gain or tribal sentiment or just so they can push another failure into government again, may all your offspring be born in captivity just as this little child.
I gave birth just a week ago, it aches my soul imagining my son born in such condition when it's not, just imagine the pain of this woman and her child.
The last few weeks before labour a woman deserves every care she can get but imagine the pain and the condition she put to bed in.
For everyone pushing this government cause of money may that money be a course for you and your generation yet unborn.
The government are not even making any attempt to rescue as it's stands now everyone of them are on there own.
It is well Nigeria.
