I honestly do not think this administration understands the resolve of these people (Boko Haram), there has not been any effective action by the government to deal with the issue of violence by Boko Haram and others. The government's (JTF) response has been to terrorise innocent citizens.

In 2010 bombs and rocket launchers from Iran were intercepted  by customs officials. Do we know how many were successfully imported?

I believe its time to cash in on our friendship with USA and request for drones, electronic surveillance equipment, and other tools for effectively fighting terrorism of the kind we are now experiencing in Nigeria. I believe that the US government knows the sponsors of Boko Haram and must have shared some intelligence with GEJ's government. Some big names need to be arrested with immediate effect.

When is GEJ going to round up all the stakeholders for an emergency meeting in Abuja? Why not convene a meeting with IBB, Buhari, Shehu of Bornu, and other Northern leaders in an attempt to find a solution? Is this government waiting for these groups to use their rocket launchers  to attack the NASS before they act decisively

A bomb blast at Fokado Street, off Maiduguri Road in Kaduna, on Sunday left more than 20 people seriously injured. The Kaduna blast happened hours after another explosion in Suleja, Niger state claimed at least 4 lives.

A victim of the blast, Mr Solomon Aliyu, 34, said that the blast, which occurred around 11:20 p.m., destroyed three buildings in the area. Aliyu, who sustained an injury on his left leg from the blast, was treated at a nearby clinic.

He said that other victims with serious injuries were on admission and were being treated at Alba and Logus clinics on Constitution Road and Maiduguri Road by Oshogbo Road respectively.

Aliyu, who said he was escorted home by soldiers after receiving treatment at the Alba clinic, saod that security personnel were combing the area for suspects.

The coordinator of the Joint Security Taskforce (Operation Yaki) in the state, retired Col. Gabriel Mamman, could not confirm the blast, but promised to do so after ascertaining the true position of things.

Bomb blast wounds 20 in Kaduna
A bomb blast at Fokado Street, off Maiduguri Road in Kaduna, on Sunday left more than 20 people seriously injured.

Aliyu, who sustained an injury on his left leg from the blast, was treated at a nearby clinic.

He said that other victims with serious injuries were on admission and were being treated at Alba and Logus clinics on Constitution Road and Maiduguri Road by Oshogbo Road respectively.

The question of Boko Haram will merely invite civil clash, if you know them, better warn them to stop the rubbish.
We had thought it was an action to ask a right from government, but it's fuckin' turning out bizarre. We will be forced to call on God and if His wrath descends, there will be no record as to whether any of their generation ever existed.
Enuf. OK?

Re: Bomb Blast In Kaduna by Nobody: 2:36pm On Jul 11, 2011
I don't think this is true! Curfew in kaduna starts at 11:00pm how then did they move around with all the police and military checkpoints. Please let's be mindful of what we write!

As for this st_pid government, even I can do beta runing this country than this bunch of mumu idi_ts. We are tired of all this and soon we will rise up against anybody killing helpless people, be it this animals boko haram (burn in hell) or our security agents (hell on earth)! Nonsense

The president still have the power to ban the film before it starts selling

Since the govenment is doing nothing about this, let's consider this view, what if the government somehow has a hand  in this? I no its crazy but some governments do this to get absolute power. Think about it

Re: Bomb Blast In Kaduna by Nobody: 3:32pm On Jul 11, 2011
It's unfortunate that some persons have blinded decided to be critical of this government irrespective of what it does.  When it seemed government was slow in deploying soldiers to Borno state, these sinful critics vented their spleen.  At last when the soldiers swung into action and killed some people suspected to be members of the Boko Haram, government has been accused of high-handedness, even when these critics cannot prove that those killed are 'innocent civilians' (am not saving they are not).
