Which one is challenge UN to a battle, Is UN a country of its own? Nigeria is a signed member of UN, and any visiting official from UN is fully protected with the full strength of the state security architecture as Nigeria's Government would want to project a good image of herself.

His security no doubt would be water tight and has the protection reckoned to a visiting president since PMB would be aware of his itinerary.
