do a factory reset, then select any c-band satelite from the satellite list and do blind scan

1.Press menu on your rcu
2.Go to system setting
3.choose IPTV setting_then
4.highlight IP situation press OK you will see DCHP
5.use the volumes key to move DCHP to STATIC press exist to saved it.
