I believe ur wire is touching, check the two ends properly or the lnb is bad

Try another wire there could just be breakage on the current wire, try a short wire from the dish to the decoder and see if it still shows d lnbf

Remover wire from the back and om the decoder without the wire from dish of it still repeats then the tuner is bad. Go to an engineer to repair
