Elected people don't have access to election materials only appointed people can. For example ministry of finance will approve the funds for the election while CBN will store election materials etc. Buhari and Malami have a plan which should be prevented at all cost.

By the time the supreme court comes up with her judgement,the whole exercise would've been done and dusted.
