The happenings in the political space in Kano just resonates the quote, "No permanent enemies and no permanent friends in politics but permanent interests".

In Kano, 2003 with Buhari as APP Presidential candidate, Shekarau (APP) denied Kwankwaso/Ganduje (PDP) a 2nd term in office. SAK-2003 (Shekarau Akwori Kwankwaso i.e. Shekarau is better than Kwankwaso) was the slogan.

After his own 2nd successive terms ended in 2011, Kwankwaso (PDP) returned to complete his. Upon completion, his anointed deputy (Ganduje) assumed office when they both moved to APC. Meanwhile, Shekarau had since gone to PDP as a senator and even a minister under Jonathan.

Later, Shekarau also joined APC, Kwankwaso returned to PDP while Ganduje stayed back in APC.

Now, both Shekarau and Kwankwaso are now together in NNPP while Ganduje is in opposition.

They're going back to their regional alliance after foreseeing the imminent collapse of the APC and i see Tinubu doing the same soon but it wouid be too late for him. Age isn't on his side anymore , forget that political age he's claiming. Baba is nearing 80, if not there already. Nobody would also take him seriously again having misled millions into joining apc and lost at the centre when it was his turn as planned from the inception.

He just came to enrich buhari, his family and the elites in the north,.making them become billionaires lojiji, those who never thought they could ever make it again. When you have money, you have power and voice. Buhari had empowered his people so much that, they can easily dictate where power should go. This wasn't possible before 2015 because they had nothing.

For Ganduje to have suddenly dropped his senatorial ambition, I know say tinz don scatter. He was trying to pacify the aggrieved members when it was alteady late. It's not easy for our greedy politicians to shelve their ambitions in politics, it hardly happens...not in my kontiri

NNPP, PDP AND APC are all same of the same.
Don't think they have your interests at heart, only their interests are being protected at the expense of the poor masses.

Shakerau and Kwakwanso have always been enemies. This is a marriage of convenience. It won't last. Both have been adversaries for over 20 years.

NNPP will split the northern votes, I see a Christian southern president in 2023. PDP should give it to the south east
