If there are criminal elements in bike riders they should be weeded out, dont these guys do license registration for bikes again?

Is it not possible for the same hoodlums to use power bikes and delivery bikes to perpetrate crime?

This is just a few persons idea to boost their transport business by eliminating the competition, meanwhile there are no alternatives for people residing in the surburb to commute, everybody cannot drive at the same time.

But security operatives are highly exempted right? They are above the law.

See as anyone in uniform are flaunting the order and turn their bike to commercial use.
