A thousand and one things you can do online to earn money genuinely but note that it's not a get rich quick thing. I have been working online for over 7 years and God willing it paid off.
1. Open a YouTube channel (seems to be the most paying if you can work it out. Don't say you are not funny or a musician, there are many ways guys who are not comedians or musicians create YouTube content and cash out monthly. Do a simple research and find what will work for you)
2. Blogging
3, TikTok (many young guys are hosting grow parties on TikTok and cashing out with the gifts they get). You also need time to build your following but it can pay.
4. Dropshipping (find a shop near you that sells things you think that people will like to buy). post pictures of these things online and when you make a sale, pay the shop owner and give them the buyer address to ship to buyer while you take your profit.

The list can go on and on but it all takes time and patience.

If you have little money to invest in some of them, then you can move up the ladder more quickly.

TikTok for example, if you have 1k followers you can start hosting live videos and doing your own grow party. If you don't have 1k followers, you can grow fast by gifting others who are hosting grow parties. While you gift continuously, you will get lots of followers more quickly. But if you don't have the funds to gift, go to grow parties, and continously power tap, this can help you grow but gifting helps you grow much faster that's where money comes in.
Learn how others run their own grow parties and begin to do the same you never know 6 months from now you may be having 500k followers.

I think you missed out the health surcharge in your total calculation of required funds. With the health surcharge the needed funds should be more than N18mil outside London.

How can one beat the health surcharge cost down? Can one go first and say, after 6months apply for family to join? Perhaps this can reduce the required healthsurge cost by half, since its a 1 yr cost initially?

Again, when applying for PSW, would you be required to pay another healthsurcharge for yourself nd family?

I will take a look at this again. Update:
I did not include health surchage and visa fees because those have already been paid b4 your visa application. the N18m I quoted in my case is money that you need to have in your bank for 28 days, that's your proof of funds which should not include visa fees or health surcharge that you have already paid before the visa application.

The balance for school fees will be the balance for the first year regardless of the duration of your course( 1 or 2yrs).
Same applies to the upkeep too

Applicants with a Medical degree can also be considered

I think the first think you should do is to ask Google for schools in UK that offers the course. If you find one, you can read about it. What I can do from this end then I can help but first find school through Google.

you will have to use the internet to compare school fees, as per installmental payments, most schools give that opportunity. My school University of Salford, Manchester allows upto 7 instalmental payments.
