Just a rough guide to help assuming land is regular terrain

3000 9" blocks (area dependent 120-160 per block)
between 100-200 bags of cement(should not be more than about 120 but they tend to do a dissappearing act)(variable between 1.8-2.4k a bag)
4 x 10 tonnes of sharp sand(area dependent)
4 x 10 tonnes gravel(area dependent)
6 x 10 tonnes of plaster sand(area dependent)
1/4 tonne of metal rod-35-40k
About 350k for aluminium roofing to include wood, 3k per door, 14k per 4by4 window 16k for a 6by4, 6k per toilet unit, 2.5k per sink unit(bathroom), 4k per kitchen sink unit set
Electrical material 150k
plumbing material 50k

Labour
Bricklayer 140-180k
plumber 20-30k
electrician 35-45k
carpenter 80-100k
Welder -20k

You can pls get across, for the processing of your titled documents( C of O, Governor's Consent, Ratification cases etc) and Building Plan Approvals, within Lagos, Ogun and Abuja.
