Beautiful pictures - the country was more developed then, compared to these days These sets of pictures are trully amazing, look out the roads and street are neat, no agberos, or area boys molesting people. We should show these pictures to our politicians, maybe it will help them to understand the need for massive development in the country. It is shameful that the LAgos of today or Nigeria of today is a shadow of what it was 40 - 50 years ago. The only inference i can draw is that the older generation failed us woefully and they handed no legacy down to our generation except corruption and mediocrity. The scary thing is I have the feeling our generation will be worse as most of us are product of mediocre Nigerian education and victims of society at large. Examples are abound of young politicans looting more than their predecessors. Dimeji is a shining example of our lost generation. 1 Like |
