This is a lie, i function as a testimony crew member in my local assembly. When people are prayed for we take them to medical people who ask them questions to affirm they are healed before the person goes to give his testimony personally. I have not seen anywhere names where just announced without the individual speaking for himself. Its possible the list was for people that have recieved healing already, you would have asked questions before writting your name.

You can go and ask questions there, am sure they will explain things to you. What will someone want to claim chest pain healing for, when others am sure got healed of more deadly deseases.

You be lie lie. The pastors only take names of those who testify to have been healed. Naturally, prayers are made generally. And a call would be made for those who recieve a healing to come forward. Except you came forward in pretence. So as to recieve extra prayers . Some people do that , and we send them back to wait for their healing if we discover such deception.

No mind the guy. I didnt read your post early enough , I wouldn't have bothered responding. You've said it all. I remembered in some of those crusades with Pastor chris, even when some of us are sent to fish out those who have been healed. We still need to pass through the medicals , who will further scrutinise them and ask them to do what they couldn't do before now. Before we finally get clearance to take them to senior pastors for final stage testimony.

Just like d story book(bible)said 'say no evil against the prophet of God'but i tell u majority of all these pastors are fake.Two years ago i was a P.A to a pastor,we would travel from lagos to minister in different parts of the country.On the 17th november 2009 at REBATEL hotels Yenagoa where we lodged,at about 6:30pm we were preparing for crusade which was held at OPOLO in Bayelsa,out of hesitation i forgot to rub my cream and when i came to his room to carry his briefcase,i quickly rub his own cream.As we were leaving the hotel some of the workers who knew him as a pastor were greeting us and i was trying to wave bye-bye to them,beleive me people were staggering all over the place.I was supprised not until he called me into his car and asked me if i used his cream,since that day i started introspecting everything about him and i found out we was a cultist they call 'emself'CHAPLAIN CORPS'comin' back to the issue of satan embassy anybody who thinks i'm lying should come to 'Isawo road,tokool tutorial building,owutu ikorodu lagos,and see thing urself.

As to the original post, I think the incident was an honest mistake. I don't see why anybody would want to do that.

Regarding testimonies following medical examination, what kind of credible tests can a doctor run in a few minutes? I think churches are too eager to receive testimonies and validate their crusades. If people are healed, I don't think it hurts to wait for weeks and months to run all the relevant tests and re-confirm them before testimonies. I really do not understand why a trained physician would lend himself to these instant verifications.

Says who, I know of pastors that have had opportunities to work in global conglomerates, but turned down the opportunity for the higher calling in christ. Wake up ministry is about service anyone who goes into it for something else has God to answer to.
