University of East Anglia is different from Anglia Ruskin University. Irfaan Ali used a suspicious certificate from an unheard of school called West Coast Demerara Institution in an attempt to register for his first masters degree in India. I don't know what happened subsequently in that case.
Maybe Atiku bought that certificate from someone because they share the same last name. Its easy to determine. Check his birth records.
