Is Obi giving you high BP?

This is APC internal matter, obviously championed by Masari in disguise

Don't be naive. If they win, it will definitely affect Peter Obi who is in a worse situation because his vice is yoruba so a southern president and vice is as good as not running at all.

Republican.

There is a serious "confusion" in their domain tongue.

The main confusion is in Peter Pandora Obituary AND Doyin Okupe joint ticket. Even within nursery school pupils, it won't fly.

If the Court stops the replacement, the Pandora Obituary too will not be able to replace Doyin Oku-Igbe. That will be a South/South ticket which even Middle Belters will not look at twice not to talk of the Core North where the highest real and imaginary votes are.

Next time, think before you type, don't be those before you who perished for lack of knowledge.

If a federal court rules against replacing a placeholder it applies for all parties.

It's not rocket science.

Whether Masari withdraws or whether he stays, those that will vote for Tinubu will still vote for him , especially in SW and parts of NC.

Dead on arrival.
Before the case will come up for hearing, masari would've been replaced with no stress.
Masari can only be replaced if he willingly agrees to be replaced by withdrawing as the running mate to tinubu, if he refuses to withdraw there is nothing anyone can do about it , by law

It will not affect anybody in same situation cause obi's placeholder knows why he is there as a placeholder, tinubu's place holder doesn't know why he is there, in fact he sees himself as a potential VP to tinubu

There's no confusion anywhere. The candidate has the right up to 15th of July for final name of his VP. Those guys are just wasting their time.

Masari or Okupe as at now are not yet elected candidates i.e they weren't elected through any primaries, they only came about by mere selection by the flagbearer. Their position only becomes sealed to the flagbearer after the election. Thus the flagbearer still has the power to nominate or replace him as he/she wishes till the stipulated deadline provided by the law and INEC.

According to Inec; The placeholder can only be replaced if he voluntuarily withdraws or death..

My friend the primary election has come and gone candidates have emerged in all the political parties, they were given a deadline to summit names of their running mate to inec, PDP met the deadline , APC and LP could not meet the deadline but summited names of people they picked as their running mate with a plan to withdraw those names and replace them with a better name , right now inec recognize those names as the legal running mate to those political parties, these political parties are only holding on to a time frame given to them to legally withdraw the first choice of their running mate which it can only be done if the running mate in question writes to inec that he or she is withdrawing from being a running mate to such political party, so you see masari and okupe by law are legal running mates and the only way out is for them to withdraw if they wish to, they can refuse to withdraw

Precedence does not apply here!

Even if these guys succeed in court, it all depends on the placeholder of another party!

If someone does not want to occupy a post, you cannot force him!

Consequently, if Okupe does not go to court (since him or his party is not a party in the current case) and if he withdraws as the placeholder, nobody can force him!

This is where you're getting it wrong. It's not the placeholder that'll write INEC that he's withdrawing. For now the flagbearer still has power to write INEC that he's replacing his/her "placeholder". The running mate only has power after the deadline provided by INEC to replace a running mate. And this can be as a result of death, illness or any other thing, anytime between the deadline given to the flagbearer and the election.

See mumu that couldn't objectively counter what I commented saying his papa doesn't know anything!!

Precedence only comes up when another person brings to court, a matter that has similar fact to an already decided case. The court will now decide the new case based on the decision of the already decided case.

Now tell me, if Okupe does not go to any court and gently withdraw and sit at his home; will you come to his house to force him to become a VP?!

My friend there is no placeholder by law, the deadline inec gave them to summit names of their running mate has been achieved with the names they summited, masari and okupe are legal running mates to APC and LP as long as the law is concerned, they can only replace these running mates if these running mates write to inec of their withdrawer

Atiku himself can not withdraw okowa unless okowa writes to inec , same thing with APC and LP
