I am currently watching a press conference (probably the 5th) from the norwegian police. And i kept wondering why dont we have this culture in nigeria. But come to think of it i dont blame them, if the CinC can anounce something as tenure elongation via facebook without caring to allure the current fears through a press breifing, why should the nigerian police care |
