The move to challenge the Victory of Senator Adeleke will not have strong weight because of up coming presidential election in February, 2023. The case must get to supreme Court before each party will relax, before then Adeleke must have been sworn in as the governor of the state. All efforts will be geared towards campaign for the general election which may hamper litigation process. The APC and the incumbent governor are like SNAKE fighting to escape and people say the snake is fighting hard.
