2022 UTME: Only 378,639 Scored Above 200 – JAMB

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Thursday revealed that only 378,639 of the 1,761,338 who wrote the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations scored 200 and above.

This was disclosed by the Registrar of JAMB, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, during the 2022 policy meeting.

The PUNCH had earlier reported that Oloyede disclosed that an Ekiti indigene attained the highest score during the 2022 UTME examinations conducted by the board.

UTME: JAMB to further screen 27,105 results
While giving further statistics of the 2022 examination, Oloyede noted that 378,639 scored above 200; a total of 520,596 candidates scored 190 and above ; 704,991 scored 180 and above; 934,103 scored 170 and above; 1,192, 057 scored 160 and above.

Speaking further, Oloyede noted that the board allowed candidates with awaiting results to register for the 2022 UTME.

“JAMB allowed awaiting results candidates to register and sit for the 2022 UTME. These candidates can’t be considered for admission on awaiting result status. They must present their O’level results on the board’s portal before the commencement of admissions”.

Notice to all students trying to get admission make sure to learn a Digital Skill.....

Such low achievement coming from this tech inspired generation is disappointing but I'm not surprised because both students and teachers nowadays all want to find the easier way out without putting any work into an endeavor and rather than work smart with the available IT resources @ their disposal to build themselves they are more distracted with frivolities and fast means of money making hence less concentration on the importance to be well educated and grounded......however this JAMB excercise or setup also is faulty because the exercise is more of an income generating option and not for test of knowledge or proficiency....SMH

In another news if you have a browsing gadget and access to internet as a student in this ASUU strike period and you are not earning even @least $5 daily via online with those viable assets then you are most unwise.
There are thousands of earning means available on the online space which has a community of over 1billion active users that are real and active and need one service or product or the other ......imagine having just a chunck of 100 of them converted to your clients or customers and you deliver with a pegged profit of $2 even if it's monthly that's $200 cash outs on a monthly and the good news is that you can grow your clientele/ customers exponentially.

So if you are interested reach out to the Facebook ID on my profile....NO PMs please because I no longer attend to it.

My thought too but decided to keep mute on it let's rather look at things that can be done for positives on these ever growing population of Nigeria students.....we all know our leaders are not concerned because their wards school outside the shores of Nigeria.
