Nigeria should go back to parliamentary democracy, in parliamentary democracy a leader can be voted out anytime. The tenure is not fixed, someone like Buhari would have long been voted out if we still practice parliamentary democracy. This also saves the country the huge sums spent on presidential elections. This is what all sane countries in Europe are using, parliamentary democracy also doesn't concentrate power in one hand like the presidential system.
