Culture does not start with just an individual but a group or society. A good way to go would be to stop blaming women for the dirty thoughts in the minds of men. African men originally were not brought up to be thoughtless animals who lose all sense of reason because of nudity, we have the slave ships & colonialists to thank for that. Rape was an alien word in most languages in Africa because forced sex was unknown to us, even during tribal wars. Celebrating cultural regression as civility is not a mark of a progression.
