INEC don dey plan something but as long as Kwankwaso remains in the race and contests on election day,OBIdients have absolutely nothing to worry about. The good thing is that the returning officers are Vice chancellors of Nigerian Universities that have been on strike. The Adhoc Staff are probably unemployed Nigerian Youth that have been unemployed for years and some students that have been on strike.
