Good for watch youtube video?

I am using the 2Mbps,Connection, I am watching Youtube videos It's speed , My speed of uploading  is  0.46Mbps and Downloading Speed is 1.892Mbps, It's Good for watching youtube videos.I checked my speed at www.scanmyspeed.com

My download speed is 777.168 kbps or 97.146 kB/s

I use MTNFastlink, d speed is okay but since yesterday and today the service has not been as usual. Pls does anyone here using MTN 3G Fastlink experience similar browsing problem since yesterday and today being worst? Am considering formatting my system tomorrow if the poor browsing continue but i want to know whether na MTN problem so i wouldn't bother myself.
