IfnobeGod20:

Mr. Man, if you had keenly watched the interview as you've said, you would have known that he was not there to reel out Tinubu's achievements but was asked about performance of the 4 contestants in their capacity to manage the state they governed for 8 years.
If you have listened keenly when Seun wanted to downplay the performance of Peter Obi, Prof. Pat Utomi interjected, saying someone that have managed a successful business and rose to become chairman of reputable bank cannot be looked down on and he went further to let him know the investment of Peter Obi in education that lifted Anambra from number 26 to 1 in the country within 3 years and he was to start Peter Obi exploit in health when Seun interjected again.
On the issue of Buba Marwa administering Borno to success or not to success and him becoming a super star in Lagos. I expected you to have taken time to reel out some of his exploits in Borno to counter him because at least some of us and Prof. Pat Utomi have grown up enough to know what Buba Marwa did in Lagos. Till date Keke Marwa is still an household name in Lagos and till tomorrow, that's one of his legacy that no one can erase.
Lagos state has been a work in progress and a healthy state from time memorial and never a jungle or non performing state as many of you want us to believe before Tinubu. As at 1999 same state have been generating IGR worth 1.2b, the highest in the federation. Such state cannot be said to be a poor or jungle state.

No one asked him to reel out the achievement of Tinubu, the question is how has Obi done better in his capacity as Governor than Tinubu in the same capacity- Utomi could mention any instance and he openly said he wont speak about that because he was a part of that Tinubu's government.
One would have expected Utomi to highlight the areas/sectors that Obi performed better than Tinubu in as Governor.

Also if Seun wanted to really tackle Utomi, all he had to mention was the Ezu river corpse, Evans the Kidnapper or the 13months strike of Doctors in Anambra state.
But he was rather lenient, but still Utomi couldnt put up a convincing argument againt Tinubu and for Obi.
Maybe because such argument doesnt exist

Where did you get this false statistics that Lagos IGR was 1.2bln as at 1999 when even when Tinubu took over in the same 1999, the IGR was still N600m.
Obidients and false data shaa.

Utomi didnt even mention that.

For the records, 'Keke Marwa' is not even the most prominent achievement of Marwa in Lagos, it was actually "Operation Sweep" to reduce crime rate drastically;
and no one is disputing the fact that he did well as governor of Lagos but Utomi painted it like he had no antecedent of performance as governor of Borno and only did well in Lagos to back up his blasphemy of "Lagos is easy to govern".

Meanwhile, according to wiki; "Appointed Military Governor of old Borno State (present Borno and Yobe states) from June 1990 to 1992, his administration had a far-reaching impact on the populace in diverse ways including in health care delivery, education and agriculture. Marwa created the first Ministry of Water Resources and by direct labour, the state undertook the construction of roads and completed the Maiduguri International Hotel."

If Seun really wanted to tackle Utomi,as he should have, mentioning the above stated achievement of Marwa in Old Borno would have completed countered and proved Utomi was wrong in saying Marwa was a nobody in governance before he became the governor of Lagos state.

How can any one even think that governing any state is easy, talk more a multi-cultural,multi-ethnic and exponentially increasingly populated state like Lagos?

All in an attempt to downplay the performance of Jagaban.

The same Lagos that is seen as the representation of a mini-Nigeria is suddenly EASY to govern. cheesy

Propaganda has truly blocked the sense of reasoning of many Obidients.

Even Utomi had to reduce his voice when he wanted to spill out that nonsense.

As I said earlier, the only reasonable point he made in the whole interview against Tinubu as a person was about his age ; at least he didnt insinuate like the brainwashed lot that Tinubu is older than his actual age of 70 and stating that he should publicize his medical record as Joe Biden (who is actually older -79) did.

The downside is that he didnt even talk about Atiku who is even older (75) and is also a major contender.

Maybe you should watch it again and this time be more open-minded:

Racoon:
This is an open secret. The cassava, garri and ewa nonsense yarning sick bullion vans druggie criminal have nothing to offer Nigeria except the selfish shouting of emilokan. I will keep on repeating this excerpt from the PUNCH newspaper:

"....If anything, Tinubu’s judgement on leadership selections is more than enough proof of his lack of managerial acumen. Those who believe that Tinubu has a peculiar skill for selecting worthwhile leaders should at least account for his prudence in fostering a crassly incompetent leader like Buhari, not once but twice! Buhari turned out to be a disaster during his first term, but Tinubu promoted him for a second term.

In 2015, Buhari was hardly a promising candidate, but things were not supposed to be this bad. The man did not solve any problem but worsened everything with his impotence and sadistic arrogance. That was a leader Tinubu helped install twice & we're supposed to trust his judgement again? No!

After the monumental disaster called Buhari, Nigeria cannot afford another leader whose driving motivation for the presidency is to merely fulfil a lifelong dream. Tinubu has a right to pursue his ambition but not at the expense of poor and long-suffering Nigerians already counting down to the days when Buhari’s nuisance will be escorted out of Aso Rock.

The 2023 election should be a turning point. Recruiting another bumbler as president jeopardises that chance. We can all agree that Nigeria deserves better than a candidate without a viable record of administrative success beyond the cheap propaganda retailed in the media and parroted by those who do not listen to their own thoughts before mouthing them

"TINUBU PRESIDENCY: AFFLICTION SHALL NOT RISE A SECOND TIME" -ABIMBOLA ADELAKUN.

tinubu did not support buhari because he thought buhari was competent.,he supported him in order to solicit his support for 2023 as that was the most feasible way to get northern Votes
