Isis or rebels don't have an air force that means the Russians in Syria had total air dominance..
This is Ukraine, Russia jet can't fly into an Ukrainian airspace without it air defence batteries engaging it and it air force jets interpret it..
Since the war started the Ukrainian airspace has been contested without Russia have air supremacy..
