https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgoomdKRDFY Veteran journalist, media entrepreneur and PDP chieftain, Aara Dele Momodu writes on the recently released APC presidential campaign manifesto, arguing that it is another attempt by the ruling party to appropriate Bashorun MKO Abiola's legacy. After carefully reading through the much-awaited APC presidential campaign manifesto that was released over the weekend, we cannot but conclude that the elephant has given birth to an ant. After such a long delay, what the APC presidential candidate has come up with is a series of platitudes, half-thoughts, poor reasoning, and copied notes packaged and presented as 'renewed hope |

fergie001:Thank you greatly for the detailed explanation sir. We know it is a routine exercise for Judges as civil servants. However, the vindictive stance of the APC govt towards anything that goes against its warped narrative especially judicial pronouncements have been an open secret from inception. The DSS invasion, threat, intimidation, desecration and subsequent arraignment of judges in 2016 of which many were acquitted and discharged is still fresh in our minds. So also was the illegal and shameless manner the CJ-Onneghen was removed. The independence of the Judiciary as a tier of government or sanctity of the rule of law is not in the dictionary of the APC. |

FreeStuffsNG: Bizarre? They ruled that the Nigerian government cannot go to another country, kidnap a suspect, break local and international laws to bring him back to Nigeria, then come to court with stained hands to put that person on trial The only bizarre thing here is the FG that engaged in dirty practice and expected the courts to be party to that 9 Likes 1 Share |
