The DSS invasion, threat, intimidation, desecration and subsequent arraignment of judges in 2016 of which many were acquitted and discharged is still fresh in our minds.

So also was the illegal and shameless manner the CJ-Onneghen was removed. The independence of the Judiciary as a tier of government or sanctity of the rule of law is not in the dictionary of the APC.

Bizarre? They ruled that the Nigerian government cannot go to another country, kidnap a suspect, break local and international laws to bring him back to Nigeria, then come to court with stained hands to put that person on trial
