Finance Minister deals with fiscal policy, she does not need to carry the CBN along in formulating her fiscal policy. CBN will only get to know through the media and adjust it own monetary policy accordingly.

CBN regulate monetary policy and did not need finance ministry in developing her monetary policy. The finance minister and her ministry members will get to know through the media and adjust their fiscal policy accordingly.

Both the Finance Minister and CBN governor know this but the overzealous corrupt politicians asking self centered question put finance minister in a tight position. Her was like "what a stupid question, you know I suppose not to be in know of redesigning naira, why asking me, go to the person that announce it".
What are they looking for in black market?
Why do they want to convert their ill gotten money to dollars?
Why can they take the naira to bank and safe keep it rather than converting it to dollar? At least they have been keeping the naira in it actual form where they currently hide/kept it.

The journalist and the news media that carry the news are not serious. Oh I remember, they need to sell and remember that majority of Nigerian are eagerly waiting for negative news about the current government. States need to have the ability to generate their own power or opt to join the national grid.

States need to be able to ontirl their own resources and pay something to the federal government and not the other way round.

States need to have their own respective constitutions, police, and national guards.

States in a region need to be subordinated to a regional government, which coordinates the joint affairs of each region so that the respective regions can speak with one voice.

We need to have a part time national assembly that meets for a specific times in a year and ad hoc.

There need to be a referendum clause in the constitution.

It needs to be clear that Nigeria is a secular state. The state is supposed to be absolutely neutral in matters of religion and faith.

Enough is enough. We need to liberate our country from the hands of foreign marauders, who have hijacked our government and are bent on controlling our lives and stifling our dreams.

For your information, the CBN is an independent organisation and has no association with the Nigerian government.
