How many kids does each family have on average in the south verses in the North. Asides our parents. Most families in this day and age prefer to have 3-4 kids. In the North due to polygamy, people still have up to 10 or more kids

Just finished checking the voters register there.
It had 27k registered voters
Previously it had 46k( illegal registrants and fake voters.After inec check many was flushed out of the data base.)
