2023 Polls: We’re Ready To Defeat Tinubu In Lagos – PDP by Ofunaofu: 5:17am On Nov 18, 2022
The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos State, on Thursday, expressed optimism that it will defeat the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2023 general election, adding that it is ready to take over the state from the bondage of sole-proprietor.

Leaders of the party said this during a walk tagged UMBRELLA DAY in preparation for 2023 elections held from Fadeyi bustop to Maryland area of the state.

The party leaders said they are ready to deliver Lagos state to its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

The walk which took place on the stretch of Ikorodu Road, traversing five Local Government Areas had the PDP members and leaders including its Governorship candidate, Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran popularly known as Jandor, his running mate, Funke Akindele, a BoT member of the party, Mrs Aduke Marina; Dr Bimbo Ogunkelu, former state chairman, Capt Tunji Shelle (retd), Philip Aivoje, Mr Deji Doherty and Tolagbe Animashaun holding umbrella as symbol of their party.

A former spokesperson of the party, Mr Taofik Gani said: “It is time to defeat TInubu in Lagos. Incidentally, he is contesting the presidency so it makes us speculatively proud of winning him as a direct participant.”

The walk was led by Mr Adedeji Doherty, the Chairman of Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) and other party chieftains in the state.

The PDP should keep on with their day dreaming and hallucination. Reality beckons February 2023 & it's sure banker for BAT.

Sequel to Soludo's appeal, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is considering the appointment of Mr. Peter Obi as his DG PDP strategic vote splitter.
This arm of Asiwaju PCC shall work closely with the disgruntled PDP followers cum Obidient/Disobedient in the SE, SS and some part of the NC to ensure smooth sail to victory for Ssiwaju.

Lagos deserve to be free from thiefnibu hegemony and clutches.
Claiming to be Lagos developer, when there's no significant project to your name like we all know about Jakande and his estate.

Imagine placing your family members at strategic position at the detriment of the people, your son is advertising agency chairman, your daughter is Iyaloja general (only God knows the value of the position to the economic advantage of business men) .
Your right hand man is chairman of thugs whom you unleash on your perceived enemies.

If anyone refuses to bend you your whim and caprice, you either eliminate him from any position he occupies like you did Ambode or you eliminate him from this earth like you did Funsho williams

Helping to foist the disaster we have at aso rock and now coming to claim it's your turn to be president like as if Nigerian presidency is a retirement home for senile old men.

Wickedness runs in this man so much that he couldn't suspend his campaign for a day so as to commiserate with the family of the man who died at his campaign flag off ground in Jos.

Hellloooo, someone should wake that man up cos he won't smell Aso Rock.

An urchin is already below me spitting everywhere and boasting but I know that it's only election malpractice and intimidation that gives them confidence of victory, conduct a free and fair election today in Lagos state and I promise you that anyone supported by Thiefnibu will be beaten black and blue even in his burdillion area.

Please, Dear INEC Nigeria..

We need you to add these three things in the to-do-lists of your results-management activities.

1. Configure the BVAS Device in such a way that the user of the device cannot see the number of accredited voters until he clicks that the election had ended..

And also configure the device to automatically transmit the number of Accredited Voters to the Central Collation and to the IREV Portal, immediately the BVAS-Device-USER clicks that the Election has ended..

That is, by the time the user is getting to see the number of accredited voters that were captured in that device, the figures are already online waiting for him.

2. After uploading the result of the Polling-Units, please also carry us along by uploading all the other collated results in the Wards, LGAs, And States too..

So that, if there were errors which they corrected along the way (either at the ward levels, LGA levels, or State Levels), we can also see those corrections too and appreciate them for such good works.

3. In your final results declaration, please include the total number of cancelled Polling-Units and the affected number of Registered Voters - (this will help us know whether the Judgements of the returning officers were right or wrong - with regards to inconclusiveness of the election)

--- Remember that cancelled votes is totally different from voided votes.
Voided Votes COUNTED, but they counted as NOTHING..
But Cancelled Didn't Count At All..

Thus, we need to also know those number of Polling-Units where votes didn't count, and the total number of registered voters that were affected.


#REJOINDER.!!
IF ANY INEC STAFF IS SEEING THIS, PLEASE WE NEED THESE THINGS LISTED BELOW TO BE IMPLEMENTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN FUTURE ELECTIONS..

1. Once the Election ends, and before the counting of votes commences, let the BVAS-device automatically transmit its generated accreditation-data to the Collation System, and also to the online Results Portal.

(Even if there are more than one BVAS-devices working inside one Polling-Unit, let all of them transmit all their information into the online results portal, and let all their automatically uploaded data reflect against their respective Polling-Units untampered-with, even before the tallying and counting of votes commence).

2. Please, INEC should try and be uploading collated results sheets to the online results portal too..

I am happy that INEC would soon be uploading wards-collated sheets..
But Please, they should try and expand the uploading of results too, to the LGAs Collated sheets, and States Collated Sheets...
Since INEC can upload the Polling-Unit results for all the 176,846 Polling-Units (Nationwide), and also upload the wards-collated sheets in all the 8,809 wards (Nationwide), then, uploading the LGAs-Collated sheets in just 774 LGAs and the States-Collated sheets in just 36 States, and the Final National Collation Sheet would not be a big problem too.. (These would just be an additional 811 uploads, which is so easy to do - for someone who had already uploaded 185,655 sheets)

3. Please, we would love INEC to also be including inside their Published Results, the total number of cancelled Polling-Units, and the total number of affected Registered Voters, (and/or the Affected Number of Collected PVCs) in the cancelled Polling-Units..
This Particular Number would help us (the independent observers) in carrying out adequate comparative analysis..
