The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Prof. Oladapo Afolabi, has announced the appointments of three new Permanent Secretaries into the Federal Civil Service. They are Mr Olisaloke Emordi, Mrs Folasade Anjoni and Mrs Anastasia Daniel-Nwaobia.
