There are a few warning signs that indicate a passive aggressive relationship. One of the most common signs is when one person starts to withhold or refuse to give needed support or aid. This can be in the form of emotional support, financial support, or practical assistance. Other common signs include when one person becomes increasingly critical and insulting, when arguments become more frequent, and when tempers flare unexpectedly. If you are feeling like you are in a passive aggressive relationship, it is important to reach out for help. There are many resources available to help couples deal with passive aggressive behavior.

Signs of passive aggressive relationship
1* Constant nagging.

One partner will constantly nag the other, whether it’s about small things or big issues. This can wear down the other person and lead to them feeling overwhelmed.

2* Putting others down.

Passive aggressive partners will often talk about their partners in a way that makes them seem incompetent or silly. This cuts down on the other person’s self-confidence and can make them feel isolated.

3* Withholding love and support.

Passive aggressive partners often withhold love and support from their partners. This can make them feel like their partner doesn’t matter to them, and can eventually lead to a break-up.

4* Constantly creating problems.

Passive aggressive partners will often find ways to create problems for their partners. This can make it difficult for their partners to cope, and can eventually lead to a break-up.

5* One person consistently puts their needs last and is often passive aggressive in an effort to get their own way.

6* Arguments and disagreements are often resolved through passive-aggressive means such as sarcasm, cutting remarks, or withholding support.

7* One person regularly withholds compliments or positive feedback, often in an effort to hurt or upset the other person

8* One person often takes things out on others without actually having any anger or resentment towards them.

9* Conversations often devolve into arguments instead of information exchange.

10* One person frequently withdraws compliments or positive actions in an effort to hurt or upset the other person.

11* One person often blames or insults the other person without actually having a legitimate grievance.

12* One person takes control of the relationship without actually contributing anything.

13* Constantly putting others down.

14* Making negative comments about others behind their back.
