No he isnt supposed to stop it like there are things you dont hv to teach lga chairmen and state govenors; nigerians over expect from their presidents....

My own is that they should make a law that state's that constituency project budget given to senators should only be use to establish a business which will be solely one by residents of the constituency with the senator as a life chairman. The workers should be members of the constituency. Profits from these companies can further be used to develop the constituency.

We will have at least 3 factories in each constituency in the next 12 years.

Its still his fault, he has the power to restructure the system of government and give local govtm autonomy to operate. But has he done that? You don't expect things to change on its own when you haven't made it to change
