They can actually vote without PVC.

I know INEC says no one should be allowed to vote without PVC, but they can and INEC won't even know. That is if the PO of their polling unit allows it.

How?

All the information in their PVC is going to be posted on the notice board of their polling unit on the day of the election. Voters' register.

All they need to pull up your record from BVAS is your surname. Then you need to use your fingerprint or face to prove that you're the real owner. Authentication is the real and hardest part of the process. Voter's card is practically useless. If authentication fails for any voter, that voter will not be accredited by the system and hence won't be allowed to vote else there will be overvoting.

So you can't actually disenfranchise anyone by seizing their PVC.

Even the fake person votes, the number of votes casted will be more than the accredited voters...its automatically inconclusive, might need a rerun.

My fear is that someone said that they're buying pvc from their pdp and lp states, this will make more people not to vote, thereby making them egde over us.
