Why are you people so dense and mentally handicapped? She is based in the United Kingdom and she reviews cars and other products on her YouTube channel. YouTube didn't send her the car, Tesla did. After reviewing it, it will be sent back to the Tesla showroom in the UK from which it was driven to her home.

I get your point, though your chosen example doesn't do you much justice.

Russia in this context represents the Russian army, of which anyone can boldly say yes, all the army did invade Ukraine.
Just like in football Russia will represent the Russian National Team

So Russia is very much different from Russians, depending on the context.

When talking about behaviour of a group in particular, it is always safer not to generalize, except the group was selected based on that particular behavioural trait being discussed.
