The state aim is to enhance peace and political stability in the state The governor of Sokoto state, Aliyu Wamakko, has announced that his administration has concluded plans to distribute 60 patrol vehicles to security outfits in the state. The governor made the announcement, on Tuesday, when he paid Sallah homage to the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Saad Abubakar III. He said the vehicles would be equipped with with modern communication gadgets and added that they would enable security agencies to coordinate and implement various security measures to enhance peace, progress and political stability in the state. You employed illiterate as police with a gun to move around the town. what he needs is not a car but training that will enhance is capacity and intellectual. After then, you can provide car for him to work. |

Instead of wasting money equipping federal police for state jobs, why dont all the governors join fashola in clamoring for state police? Why is our own federalism different from that of America where the copy and paste was done? |
