1. The vast majority of Nigerians (80%) are a very lazy set of people. Buhari was correct with his assessment that the vast majority of Nigerian youth are lazy.
2. This chronic laziness is masked by incessant blame of the Presidency. The constant beratement of presidents, criticism of presidents etc all point to the failure of the Nigerian people to take personal responsibility for themselves. No matter who is elected president of Nigeria, Nigerians will still find ways to berate the president absolving themselves of any responsibility. This will continue even in an Obi presidence.
3. The black man lacks a mindset of excellence and strong work ethic - deep down they do not want good governance.

Laziness is a continental sin in Africa - very lazy people.

I think you have absolutely no knowledge of the system Nigeria practice

The president is so powerful he can reduce corruption by 90% of he so wishes

The Nigerians system has failed in every possible way

Let me ask you ,you think Americans love doing their tax ? You think America don't know how much tax each person owes and can't just tell them ? Why do you think they ask them to do it ?

Nigerians behave the way they behave because there is no consequence absolutely nothing or little at best ....just ordinary few cars Lagos auctioned can't you see how Lagosians are challenging even police following one way ...that's how you build a society

If Nigerians receive 100k and boom 40k is taken after you receive it as tax they no born anyone to buy vote for your front ...you go fight with your last blood

Nigerian government know exactly what they are doing
