I hope you know that the Federal Government has three arms, and not just one arm.

The arms of government are:

1. The executive
2. The legislature
3. The judiciary.

The only arm of government that Obi can control is the executive, and it is not even all the executive that he can control.

For example, the military. The president is the commander-in-chief, yet he needs the consent of the NASS to deploy the Army.

So, don't for a second, think that Obi is coming to do anything special.
