Yes..Male and female.
There are husbands who are HIV positive but their wives are negative.
My cousin's husband is positive..9 years +.
Wife is negative.As at last month she registered for ANC.
They have 2 children already.
This is the 3rd pregnancy.
His viral load is undetectable because of medications.
Undetectable= Untransmissable

Thanks for the enlightenment. I read somewhere, that a man can have an undectable viral load in the blood , but his seamen may be detectable , thus can infect his wife. Please throw light on this confusion.

It's quite mandatory in my church.

Probably the marriage is more than three years. Maybe she contracted the virus in the marriage and has been hiding for three years now until she was caught.
