Some INEC staff requests for money in Woji area of PH before they'll give out PVC's to individuals and in Elelenwo area of PH, the centre was moved from the community primary school to another venue and people are asked to submit a slip, go home and come back the next day for collection of their PVC's.
Is this the procedures in other states or the staffs of INEC in Rivers state are just trying to play a fast one on the electorates?
