Hello, pls this is not true. What is required to win the presidential election isn't the number of states won but having the required 25% spread in at list 24 states and having the highest number of votes cast.... It is possible for Peter Obi not to win any State in Nigeria and still becomes the president and it is also possible for him to win 17 states and not become the president.
