I don’t really understand what’s going on, did banks intentionally held the cash so the policy won’t work (banks and politicians working hand in hand to frustrate CBN).
Did CBN not print enough money, if it was planed properly then there should be a solution to this problem, on another note something we don’t know about might be going on…..
