As with Nigeria crazydemo lifestyle, you will have some of the personnel behaving like animals while you have some of them upholding the tenets of their creation. Court should rather punish the offenders with jail time rather than disbanding a legit creation.

I love SW governors shar, no one will dare tell them to disband Amotekun coz they satisfy all lawful requirement.

I haven’t read the judgment, but NOT all laws are constitutional…
The courts have the power of Judicial Review over the constitutionality of municipal laws.

On the other hand, the Nigeria Police is a constitutional creature (Section 214)…
Unlike these so-called “security outfits” created by municipal law passed by state assemblies.
