Well, until there is a pictorial or video evidence, I cannot believe this story. However, it is not impossible. In 2019, INEC carried out fire brigade approach in training Ad-hoc staff. In 2023, there are still widespread reports of late arrival of voting materials and staff.
INEC ignored most of the applicants who applied online as SPOs etc and recruited based on nepotism. Why will you not have ill-trained ad-hoc staff?
