talking about prison, Nigeria right now can be regarded as a the largest prison on Earth, judging by UN standard, life in Nigeria is already worst than that of prisoners, we provide road for ourselves, we provide education, power, job security and virtually everything for ourselves and we have a government, these criminals you regard as government officials don't see these amenities as their responsibilities, they believe that they are doing us a favor by providing these needs to us, if the system is working as you put it, there wouldnt have been any need for this discussion and most definitely, these guys would have been in jail and not in government offices
