Sounded like a nitwit. Eko (Lagos) has been flourishing long before the first Igbo man made it there. As far back as when Egerton was the Governor General, Lagos was thriving as a commercial hub. Lagos was gifting Northern Nigeria £34,000 to help the unproductive North meet up with administrative deficit.
