How can it be a normal thing for area boys to be in every neighborhood of Lagos asking random people to give them money? They even tax you for carrying home appliances in some parts of island.

How come the government doesn't see this as a problem? These are the same guys that always pray for violence in the state so they can cash in on it. How can insensitivity be a norm in this country?

BTW, Hope Uzodinma gave Cubana Chief Priest an appointment. He should focus on that and leave Lagos alone.
