#NigeriaDecides2023: Electronic transmission of results not mandatory – APC replies Atiku, Obi The Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) says there is no law making it mandatory for INEC to transmit electoral results electronically. Special Adviser on Media and Communications at the PCC, Dele Alake, made the declaration in Abuja on Friday when he spoke at a news conference.https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/586069-nigeriadecides2023-electronic-transmission-of-results-not-mandatory-apc-replies-atiku-obi.html 18 Likes 6 Shares

APC or this Alake should not have responded or educated them but allow them to carry their madness to court and let's see how far they will go in their caseless case 79 Likes 29 Shares |

A moral question is why would the APC-that called itself a progressive party and government be afraid or opposed to a simple and most viable democratic process of electioneering as electronic transmission of election results? Why the irresistible urge to continue with the analogue system of voting when digital technology have made it easier? @ least our electronic banking and other ICT applications have made this possible? Why is the APC always fond of speaking on behalf of INEC? 376 Likes 24 Shares

The monumental fraud perpetuated by corrupt INEC officials in partnership with the apc/tinubu gang will be discovered. Tinubu was able to bribe delegates to get the party ticket. He was able to bribe some corrupt INEC officials to break electoral law ,distort the system, rob Nigerians and declare him " so called winner " Unfortunately he could not bribe God. PODATTI mandate will be restored and he will be sworn in as President. Tinubu will not be sworn in Tinubu will be shamefully disgraced. The pain will be so excruciating to bare. He will pay the price. 309 Likes 21 Shares |

Massiveglory:"He added that what was important was the counting of votes in the presence of party agents and to the hearing of voters.Mr Alake said it was absurd to insinuate that time variation in uploading results would cause a change in the figures. “In any case, the process of transmitting results from polling units, whether real time, two days later or at any time, cannot in anyway change the results that have been announced..." Hear what an idiot is saying on public space. Dele Alake, Bayo Onanuga, Festus Keyamo, Femi Fani-Kayode are among the many corrupt persons in the APC that should be jailed when the real government comes on board. 80 Likes 9 Shares

APC is now INEC's defense counsel and a judge on its own case. We all can now see why INEC suddenly backtracked on its promise to electronically transmit election results from the polling units for a credible election results. It was a well planned and orchestrated act between APC, Tinubu and the corrupt professor heading INEC to further their rigging and electoral heist. It won't be allowed to stand. 120 Likes 8 Shares |

Hmmm! APC is now INEC mouthpiece. APC is now the one clarifying INEC’s guidelines. Does it not mean therefore, that they are the ones that handed the guidelines to INEC which makes them understand the guidelines better than INEC? Or is APC now the judiciary that interprets laws? 58 Likes

They are shifting the goal post in the middle of the game Dino said inec chairman promised 68 times that they would transmit the results electronically The electronic transmission of results was what motivated me and millions of youths to vote and waited for our votes to be counted because we wanted free and fair elections So what was the use of the billions spent on Bvas and irev They should have said from the beginning that its manual counting so that we can know that it's rigging u people planned to do so that we would prepare very well to stampede ur efforts 34 Likes 3 Shares |
