He can't be relevant in PDP as far as Bauchi state is concerned because Bala Mohammed is fully in charge while the inconsequential Dogara could not even win his constituency which he represented in the national assembly for PDP as APC candidate clinched the HoR.
He can always hide under the banner of Northern Christians to get federal appointments but he is too small in Bauchi state
